Nom rating

So, this is the break down of our nom rating. It will be based on the principal of Chinese culinary philosophy of 色香味.

色 means color, as in the presentation the food. Each dish can get a maximum of 1 nom.

香 means fragrant, as in the aroma of the dish. Each dish, again, can get a maximum of 1 nom.

味 means taste, as in the flavor and texture and taste of the dish itself. Since this is what we will actually get in contact with i.e. taste it with our taste buds, this gets a maximum of 2 noms.

Anyhoo, so that’s what the total of 4 noms would be based on. Don’t know if it clears up anything. But seriously, it’s not like i’m a credible source of food critiques. So, whatever. It’s all fun and good. Plus, it’s the pretty pictures and witty comments that’s more important because you can’t just give a food a score. Life just doesn’t work like that. ^______^
